Medicine Bottle Series Blow Molding Machine
9 fully automatic two-step PET stretch blow molding machines — from 2-cavity compact models to 6-cavity high-output configurations — covering every pharmaceutical bottle format from small eye drop vials to large hospital supply dispensing containers.
Medicine Bottle Series Overview
Korea Ever-Power's Medicine Bottle Series covers nine fully automatic two-step blow molding machines for pharmaceutical-grade PET, PETG, and PP bottle production — from 2-cavity 2,000 BPH entry models to the 6-cavity 7,200 BPH high-output configuration, in two sub-series:
Established cam-driven blow station. Two models: AS-2C114.3 (2,000 BPH / 1,000 ml) and AS-4C76.2 (4,000 BPH / 500 ml). Preferred when a reliable, cost-efficient cam-driven platform is the selection criterion.
Next-generation servo-driven blow station — precise stretch-rod control, repeatable positioning, faster changeover. Seven models from ES-2C100 to ES-6C76. The choice for tight wall thickness tolerances or frequent format switching.
All 9 Models at a Glance
Three parameters determine the right model: container body diameter (sets minimum pitch), required BPH (sets cavity count), volume (confirms ceiling). Start with body diameter.

~4,600 → ES-4C100
~4,800 → ES-4C76
~7,200 → ES-6C76
Choose AS when cam-driven architecture is acceptable, BPH target is 2,000–4,000, or capital cost is the primary criterion.
Choose ES when wall thickness tolerance is tight, the line runs multiple SKUs with frequent mold changeover, or upgrading from AS on the same pitch.
Widest container ceiling in the AS series — up to 94 mm body and 1,000 ml. Unique 7 mm small-neck capability alongside standard pharmacy bottles.

Highest-output AS series machine. 4 cavities at compact 76.2 mm pitch — 4,000 BPH for eye drop vials, dropper bottles, and small amber pharmacy containers.
View Details →
Lightest in the series at 2,000 kg, smallest footprint (2,900 × 1,525 mm). Lowest utility consumption in the ES range — ideal for space-restricted pharmaceutical cleanrooms.
View Details →
ES servo upgrade at 114.3 mm pitch. Direct upgrade from AS-2C114.3 — same pitch, same mold tooling. Lower 16 kW normal heating and 1,000 L/min air vs AS counterpart.
View Details →
Widest body in the 2-cavity ES range. Only machine in the series supporting 110 mm body / 1,500 ml — required when container exceeds the 114.3 mm pitch ceiling.
View Details →
Only 3-cavity ES model at mid-range 3,000 BPH. Narrow 18–38 mm neck range specialises in small-mouth pharmaceutical vials — eye drops, nasal spray, precision dropper vials.
View Details →
Highest-output 76 mm pitch machine. ES servo at 4,800 BPH — 20% more than AS-4C76.2, wider 700 ml volume ceiling. The apex 4-cavity compact vial configuration.
View Details →
Only 4-cavity machine supporting 80 mm body. Highest 4-cavity output for containers wider than 68 mm body — unique in the entire Medicine Bottle Series.
View Details →
Maximum output in the Medicine Bottle Series. 6 cavities at 76 mm pitch deliver 7,200 BPH — 50% more than any 4-cavity machine. For high-volume pharmaceutical vial manufacturing at compact format scale.

Why Two-Step Blow Molding for Pharmaceutical Bottles?

Pre-made PET/PETG preforms are reheated through infrared oven zones and stretch-blown into finished containers — delivering three key advantages for pharmaceutical packaging:
✓ Consistent wall thickness — reheating stabilises crystallinity before blowing, producing more uniform material distribution than one-step ISBM
✓ Format flexibility — changing the blowing mold changes the container without touching preform tooling; multiple SKUs share the same preform stock
✓ Clean production — no injection molding in the blowing room; two-step layout is compatible with GMP clean-room requirements

What is the difference between the AS and ES series?
The AS series uses a cam-driven blow station — proven architecture in 2 models. The ES series uses a servo-driven blow station delivering more precise stretch-rod control, repeatable cavity-level positioning, and faster changeover. Choose ES when wall thickness tolerance is tight or the line runs multiple SKUs with frequent mold changeover.
Which model should I choose for eye drop vials and small pharmaceutical dropper bottles?
For small-mouth vials (18–38 mm neck): the ES-3C76 is purpose-built at 3,000 BPH. For higher throughput: ES-4C76 (4,800 BPH) or AS-4C76.2 (4,000 BPH). The ES-3C76's narrow neck specialisation covers eye drop formats that wider-neck machines cannot serve.
Is an oil-free compressor required for all models?
Yes. All nine models require an oil-free air compressor — oil contamination in blowing air would compromise container hygiene and fail pharmaceutical packaging compliance. High-pressure air consumption ranges from 1,000 L/min (ES-2C100) to 5,800 L/min (ES-6C76).
Does Korea Ever-Power supply molds for all nine models?
Yes. Korea Ever-Power designs and manufactures matched blowing molds and preform injection molds for all nine models. Submit your container specification — body diameter, neck finish, height, volume, material, wall thickness targets — for mold feasibility review and pricing.
What materials can these machines process?
All nine models support PET, PETG, and PP. PETG is commonly specified for amber tinted pharmaceutical vials providing UV protection. PP suits containers requiring greater chemical resistance. Infrared oven zones are independently adjustable for each resin type.
