What This Series Produces
PET edible oil and condiment containers from 500 ml to 22,000 ml — covering standard retail cooking oil through 20-litre industrial bulk supply, across front-handle, rear-handle, and standard bottle configurations.
500 ml – 5,000 ml PET oil bottles for retail grocery — palm oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, and specialty blends in all standard consumer sizes.
Front-handle and rear-handle PET oil bottles from 500 ml to 5,000 ml. Handle molds are blown integrally — no secondary attachment step required.
500 ml – 3,000 ml PET condiment bottles for soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, and cooking sauce. Same machine as oil production — tooling changeover only.
3-litre – 5-litre cooking oil and condiment containers for hotel kitchen, airline catering, and food service supply. Wide-body formats with pump closure compatibility.
10-litre – 22-litre PET oil drums for food manufacturing ingredient supply and large-scale catering distribution. PET replaces metal drums with lighter, transparent, recyclable packaging.
Why This Series Is Not a Standard Bottle Machine
Three engineering characteristics distinguish the edible oil series from standard water and beverage machines — driven by the physical demands of thick-wall oil preforms, handle bottle tooling, and large-format container geometry.
Oil bottles require thicker preform stock than beverage bottles. The series uses a centralized infrared heating configuration that concentrates heat input around the preform path — improving temperature uniformity across the thick-wall cross-section. Standard beverage machine heating geometry cannot achieve this for oil preform weights, resulting in wall thickness variation.
Handle-integrated molds require additional clearance for handle protrusion geometry beyond the container body profile. The distance blow configuration separates the conditioning zone from the blow station by a wider margin than standard machines — providing the physical clearance that front-handle and rear-handle tooling requires without interference at the blow station entry.
The JS platform machines use split holder configurations (10+128 on the JS-2CB152, 200+63.4 on the JS-2C200) that extend the conditioning dwell path beyond the standard 50–76 positions of ES/FS machines. Large-format preforms for 3-litre to 20-litre containers have greater thermal mass and require longer dwell to achieve uniform temperature — the extended holder is the structural response to this requirement.
Match Your Container to the Right Model
Four variables determine the correct model: container volume, body diameter, neck diameter, and whether handle integration is required. Platform (ES / FS / JS) follows from these variables — not the other way round.

All models produce PET containers. CE + ISO 9001:2015. Oil-free compressor required for HP air. Handle tooling feasibility must be confirmed with Ever-Power before tooling order.
Edible Oil & Handle Bottle Series — 7 Blow Molding Machines
Purpose-Built for Edible Oil — Full Range from One Manufacturer
The widest volume range in a single edible oil blow molding series — from standard 500 ml retail oil to 20-litre industrial drum, with all intermediate sizes covered by specific platform configurations.
Handle integration is a native design requirement of the series, not an afterthought. Front-handle and rear-handle tooling is confirmed with Ever-Power engineering before manufacture — ensuring blow station clearance and mold-open geometry match the handle design specification.
The FS-2C200(5L) at 8,200 bph is the highest-output 5-litre edible oil machine in the series — optimised for mass-market standard-neck production where output rate takes priority over neck width or handle format.
All models carry CE certification and are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 at Korea Ever-Power's production facility. Factory acceptance testing covers all cavity positions before shipment. Korea-based engineering and technical support.
