Which Series Is Right for Your Line?
The HGA series spans two drive technologies and three machine families. Matching your bottle specification to the correct pitch and cavity count is the single most important selection step.
Faster servo response, tighter inter-cavity repeatability. Recommended for cosmetic-grade PETG, high-volume filling lines, and operations where brand client wall-thickness specifications must be met across all cavities consistently.
Lower entry cost for standard daily chemical and general-purpose PET bottle production where premium inter-cavity tolerance is not the primary specification driver. Available in selected pitch and cavity configurations.
Single- and 2-cavity machines for wide-mouth jar geometry where the neck-to-body ratio is high. Output measured in pph (pieces per hour). Preform design consultation required before tooling order at large format scale.
How to Select the Right Machine in 4 Steps
Your bottle's maximum body diameter determines the pitch. 68 mm = 76 mm pitch; 80 mm = 100 mm; 94–95 mm = 114 mm; 110 mm = 130 mm; 130 mm = 150 mm pitch. Wide-mouth jars use the FS series.
Wide pump-top or flip-top necks above 68 mm at 114 mm pitch require a 4-cavity machine (max 88 mm). The 6-cavity 6C114 is limited to 68 mm neck. Always confirm neck diameter before specifying cavity count.
More cavities = higher bph at same pitch, but higher infrastructure cost (air, floor load, electrical). ES for cosmetic-grade quality; AS for standard daily chemical PET where premium tolerance is not the priority.
