Is PET suitable for 20-litre cooking oil storage and distribution?

PET has excellent compatibility with refined cooking oils — palm oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, and olive oil — in the temperature and light exposure conditions of standard food supply chain storage and distribution. The transparency of PET allows visual quality inspection without opening the container. UV barrier additives can be incorporated in the PET formulation for light-sensitive specialty oils. For edible oil types not covered by standard PET compatibility data (certain unrefined or specialty cold-pressed oils), confirm compatibility with your PET resin supplier and with Ever-Power before tooling order.

Why does HP air jump to 12,500 L/min when the JS-2C200 uses only 5,000 L/min at the same cavity count?

HP air scales with blow cavity volume per cycle. Two 22-litre blow events require 4.4x the air of two 5-litre events. The blow pressure of 35 kg/cm² must be sustained across the full cavity volume at each cycle — and the 20-litre cavity is dramatically larger than the 5-litre. This is the same physics that drives the HP air difference between the ES-2C130 and ES-2C200. At this machine scale, the compressor system is a primary infrastructure item and must be sized from Ever-Power's utility document, not by analogy with smaller machines.

What lead time should I plan for from order to production start?

Based on customer experience, plan a minimum of six to eight months from order to first production. Machine manufacturing and factory acceptance testing takes the majority of this time; large-format mold tooling at 300 mm body also runs eight to twelve weeks. Site preparation — structural assessment, compressor installation, chiller circuit, and overhead clearance verification — should begin immediately after ordering.
