This is the platform for the 3-litre, 4-litre, and 5-litre cooking oil containers that dominate institutional catering supply — from the 3-litre restaurant kitchen oil bottle to the 5-litre bulk cooking oil container used in commercial and institutional food service.

The 200 mm cavity pitch and 499 mm mold-open distance reflect the physical scale of the blow station required at 180 mm body diameter. The 500 mm stretching stroke covers the tall-profile geometry of large-format oil containers, and the 138 mm neck ceiling accommodates the wide-mouth pour spouts, integrated handle-neck systems, and pump closure formats used in 3-litre to 5-litre cooking oil packaging. Compared to the HGA.ES-2C150, the 2C200 opens a fundamentally wider body format and more than doubles the maximum volume.

Why does HP air jump from 1,500 L/min on the 2C150 to 6,000 L/min on the 2C200?

HP air consumption scales with blow cavity volume, not cavity count. Two 5-litre blow events per cycle require 4x the air volume of two 1,500 ml events. The blowing pressure on the 2C200 is 30 kg/cm² (versus 26–35 kg/cm² range on the smaller models), and must be sustained across a much larger cavity volume per blow cycle. This difference makes the 2C200 a fundamentally different infrastructure requirement — plan the compressor system from the 6,000 L/min figure, not by scaling up from the smaller machine specification.
