HGA.ES-4C100 Water Beverage Pesticide Chemical Bottle Blow Molding Machine
HGA.ES-4C100 — 4-cavity blow molding machine for PET water, beverage, pesticide and chemical bottles up to 800 ml. 4,600 bph, 80 mm max body, 68 mm max neck. 4,170 x 1,930 x 2,340 mm, 4,000 kg. CE + ISO 9001:2015.
4-Cavity 100 mm Pitch — Wider Body at High Volume
The HGA.ES-4C100 is the 4-cavity 100 mm pitch machine in the Water, Beverage, Pesticide & Chemical Bottle series — producing PET bottles up to 80 mm body diameter, 68 mm neck diameter, and 800 ml volume at 4,600 bph. It delivers the same 4-cavity high-volume output as the 4C76 but at 100 mm pitch — the wider spacing opens the body ceiling from 68 mm to 80 mm and the neck from 48 mm to 68 mm, and extends the maximum volume from 700 ml to 800 ml.
The 80 mm body and 68 mm neck cover a broader range of standard bottle formats than the 4C76. On the beverage side this includes 500 ml and 600 ml standard water, sports drink, and juice bottles with wider grip profiles — bottle designs where the narrower 68 mm body of the 4C76 limits label area and grip ergonomics. On the chemical side, the 80 mm body accommodates 500 ml – 800 ml lubricant and agrochemical bottles where the wider diameter is a product requirement.
The 92-position preform holder conditions four simultaneous preform streams at 100 mm pitch — slightly fewer positions than the 4C76's 96, reflecting the wider spacing. At 4,170 x 1,930 x 2,340 mm and 4,000 kg, the 4C100 is larger than the 4C76 — site preparation, floor load verification, and utility planning are required before installation. CE + ISO 9001:2015 apply.

Which 4-Cavity Machine is Right for Your Bottle?
- ○Narrow body — smallest label area
- ○48 mm neck — standard PCO / BPF only
- ○200 bph more than 4C100
- ○Lighter (3,500 kg) and lower HP air (3,900 L/min)
- ✓Wider body — more label area and grip options
- ✓68 mm neck — sports cap and wide-mouth closures
- ✓800 ml max — covers larger single-serve formats
- ✓Compatible with wider chemical bottle formats
Choose the 4C76 when narrow-body output volume is the only requirement and 200 bph matters. Choose the 4C100 when your bottle needs 80 mm body, 68 mm neck, or 800 ml — or when wider neck closures are required.
4,600 bph — Standard-Body Beverage & Chemical at High Volume
The 80 mm body and 68 mm neck cover the standard PET bottle formats used in both beverage and chemical packaging — from 500 ml water to 800 ml sports drink, and from agrochemical spray to lubricant supply.
Water & Beverage
Standard and larger-body 500–600 ml mineral water at 4,600 bph. The 80 mm body provides better label area and grip than the 68 mm narrow-body format — preferred by premium water brands for retail shelf differentiation.
Water & Beverage
500–800 ml sports drink, isotonic, and energy drink PET bottles. The 68 mm neck accommodates sport cap and wide-mouth closure systems that the 4C76's 48 mm neck cannot — the primary reason to choose the 4C100 for sports beverage production.
Water & Beverage
500–800 ml juice, functional water, and RTD nutrition drink PET bottles at high volume. The wider 80 mm body suits panel and grip label designs preferred by premium juice brands in Korea and SEA markets.
Pesticide & Chemical
500–800 ml pesticide and herbicide PET bottles with wider body for trigger-spray and dosing fitments requiring a 68 mm neck thread. The wider 80 mm body suits retail agrochemical packaging where grip handles and large label panels are product requirements.
Pesticide & Chemical
500–800 ml motor oil, gear oil, and cutting fluid PET at high volume for automotive aftermarket retail. The 80 mm body provides the grip profile and label area standard in 500–800 ml lubricant packaging sold in Korea and SEA distribution channels.
Pesticide & Chemical
500–800 ml industrial cleaning concentrate and solvent PET at 4,600 bph for large-scale chemical distribution. Wide-mouth 68 mm neck suits pump and foaming dispensers used in commercial cleaning supply.

The 4C100 bridges the 4C76 (narrow body, highest output) and the 4C114 (wider body, lower output). It is the correct selection when 80 mm body or 68 mm neck is the bottle requirement at 4-cavity throughput.
Why Choose the HGA.ES-4C100
80 mm is the dominant body diameter for 500–800 ml standard PET beverage bottles in the Asia-Pacific market — providing the label area and grip ergonomics that brand owners specify for retail shelf presentation. The 4C100 produces this standard format at 4,600 bph, making it the natural 4-cavity platform for operations requiring 80 mm body output at high volume.
The 68 mm neck ceiling opens the closure range significantly versus the 4C76's 48 mm — covering sport caps, wide-mouth closures, flip-top sports dispensers, and large-diameter tamper-evident ring systems used in sports drink, energy drink, and functional beverage packaging. If your bottle requires any closure wider than 48 mm, the 4C100 is the minimum 4-cavity configuration that accommodates it. View the full series range.
At 4,600 bph from 4 cavities at 100 mm pitch, the 4C100 is 92% of the 4C76's output at a 17% wider body diameter. For operations where the bottle specification requires 80 mm body and output above 2,400 bph (the 2C100's ceiling), the 4C100 is the correct 4-cavity configuration — closing the gap between 2-cavity entry level and the highest-output narrow-body platform.
At 4,000 kg and 4,170 x 1,930 mm, the 4C100 is the heaviest machine in the lower-volume range of this series. Floor load verification by a structural engineer is required before installation. The 4,000 L/min high-pressure air requirement — the highest in the 4-cavity range — requires dedicated compressor infrastructure. What Customers Say

"We produce 600 ml sports drink bottles for national retail. The 68 mm neck was a non-negotiable requirement for our sport cap closure system — the 4C76 at 48 mm was ruled out immediately. At 4,600 bph the 4C100 covers our full daily production requirement in a single shift. The 80 mm body matches our brand's standard bottle specification across the product range."
HGA.ES-4C100
"500 ml mineral water and 750 ml juice in the same factory — both requiring 80 mm body. We run both SKUs on the 4C100 with tooling changeover between production runs. 4,600 bph covers the combined daily volume for both products within two shifts. We reviewed the 4C76 but the body diameter would have required a jar redesign for the juice product — the 4C100 at 80 mm avoided any redesign cost."
HGA.ES-4C100
"We produce 800 ml engine oil bottles for aftermarket automotive retail. 80 mm body and 68 mm neck match our dosing cap specification. At 4,600 bph we cover both our domestic and export volumes from one machine. One note for anyone planning this machine: the 4,000 L/min high-pressure air specification is the highest in the 4-cavity range — plan your compressor infrastructure carefully from Ever-Power's spec before ordering."
