The HGA.ES-2C100 is the entry-level 2-cavity machine in the Water, Beverage, Pesticide & Chemical Bottle series — producing PET bottles up to 80 mm body diameter, 68 mm neck diameter, and 500 ml volume at 2,400 bph. The 100 mm cavity pitch positions two cavities at the tightest spacing in the series, suited to the narrow-body bottle formats dominant in both beverage and agrochemical packaging.

The dual-use design is the defining characteristic of this series. Pre-made PET preforms are loaded into the 60-position holder, reheated by infrared lamps, then simultaneously stretched and blown into finished bottles. The 80 mm maximum body covers the standard 500 ml water bottle, small CSD and juice bottles, and narrow-label agrochemical bottles in a single platform, minimising tooling investment for facilities producing both product categories.
