Why is the output lower (1,800 bph) than the 2C114.3 (2,000 bph) despite a larger machine?

Larger preform mass at 110 mm body and 1,500 ml volume requires a longer blow and cooling cycle time than the smaller 1,000 ml preforms on the 2C114.3. Stretching stroke (350 mm vs 400 mm) is also different — the 2C130 is optimised for the physical geometry of the 1.5-litre bottle rather than maximum cycle rate.
