This is the terminal configuration in the series for the largest PET container formats: the 18-litre and 20-litre carboy used in office water delivery and laboratory supply, the 20-litre industrial chemical drum, and the large-format agricultural chemical storage container.
The 366 mm cavity pitch and 772 mm mold-open distance reflect the physical scale of the blow station required to produce and eject containers at 300 mm body diameter. The 620 mm stretching stroke — the longest in the series by a substantial margin — provides the vertical reach required to blow the tall-profile 20-litre carboy geometry from a thick-walled large-format preform. The 116-position preform holder conditions two large-diameter preform streams across an extended infrared dwell path before the blow station.

300 mm is the widest container body in the series — the correct format for 18-litre and 20-litre water carboys, which have a standardised body diameter range of 280–310 mm across global supply chains. The 620 mm stretching stroke is the longest in the series — more than 50% longer than the JS-2C200's 500 mm and more than 50% beyond the longest ES-series machine (400 mm on the 4C114 and 4C130). This extended stretch reach is necessary to blow the tall-profile 20-litre carboy geometry from a large-format preform without thinning the base or shoulder beyond specification. A shorter stretch stroke cannot reach the base of the container at this height-to-diameter ratio.
The 772 mm mold-open distance is 52% wider than the JS-2C200 (509 mm) and provides the clearance required to open and close tooling around containers at 300 mm body diameter, including those with integrated handle geometry. Standard-pitch machines with mold-open distances below 400 mm physically cannot accommodate tooling at this body scale — the JS platform is engineered specifically for this requirement.
At 7,000 kg and 4,090 x 2,660 mm footprint, the JS-2C366 is the heaviest and widest machine in the series. Floor load verification by a structural engineer is mandatory. Machine height is 3,040 mm — crane access for 2-cavity mold changeover requires confirmed overhead clearance. 12,500 L/min HP air and 120 L/min cooling water at 8–12 °C require dedicated infrastructure.
