Product Overview

2-Cavity 130 mm Pitch — Edible Oil and Handle Bottle Platform up to 1,500 ml

The HGA.ES-2C130 is the entry-level 2-cavity machine in the Edible Oil and Handle Bottle series — producing PET bottles up to 110 mm body diameter, 98 mm neck diameter, and 1,500 ml volume at 1,800 bph. The 130 mm cavity pitch is the standard spacing for edible oil bottle production at this body diameter — accommodating the wide label panels and grip geometry that oil bottle brands specify for retail shelf presentation.

This machine is developed specifically for the edible oil and condiment market. It produces front-handle and rear-handle bottle formats, standard cooking oil bottles from 500 ml to 1,500 ml, and condiment containers including soy sauce, vinegar, and cooking sauce. For larger handle bottle formats above 1,500 ml, see the edible oil and handle bottle series. The centralized heating and distance blow design — a characteristic of the Ever-Power edible oil series — reduces heating energy consumption and improves preform conditioning uniformity for the thick-wall preforms typical of oil bottle production.

At 3,600 x 1,800 x 1,980 mm and 3,000 kg, site preparation is required before installation. CE + ISO 9001:2015 apply.

Applications

Edible Oil, Handle Bottles and Condiment Containers

The 130 mm pitch 2-cavity platform covers the full range of standard edible oil formats from 500 ml to 1,500 ml — front-handle, rear-handle, and standard bottle configurations.

🥘
Standard Cooking Oil — 500 ml to 1,500 ml

Standard PET cooking oil bottles for retail shelf: palm oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, and blended cooking oil in the dominant 500 ml, 1,000 ml, and 1,500 ml retail formats. 110 mm body provides the label width standard in consumer cooking oil packaging.

🥽
Front-Handle Oil Bottle

750 ml to 1,500 ml PET bottles with integrated front-handle grip for easy pouring. The 130 mm pitch and 360 mm mold-open distance accommodate handle tooling geometry. Front-handle design is preferred in premium retail cooking oil packaging.

🟆
Rear-Handle Oil Bottle

1,000 ml and 1,500 ml rear-handle cooking oil PET bottles for family-size retail. The rear-handle format is the dominant packaging design for premium cooking oil brands in Korea and SEA markets.

🌶
Soy Sauce and Vinegar

500 ml to 1,500 ml PET condiment bottles for soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and cooking wine. PET clarity and chemical resistance match glass presentation standards at lower cost and weight for retail condiment packaging.

🍽
Salad Oil and Specialty Oil

500 ml to 1,500 ml PET bottles for olive oil, sesame oil, flaxseed oil, and other specialty cooking oils. PET provides the clarity and UV barrier properties appropriate for specialty oil retail presentation.

🍳
Cooking Sauce and Marinade

500 ml to 1,500 ml PET bottles for cooking sauces, marinades, hot sauce, and condiment blends. The 98 mm neck ceiling covers wide-mouth dispensing closures and standard spout caps used in sauce packaging.

Series Design

Why the Edible Oil Series Differs from Standard Bottle Machines

🔥
Centralized Heating Design

The oil series uses a centralized heating zone configuration that groups the infrared lamps around a central preform path — improving heat distribution uniformity across the thick-wall preforms required for oil bottles. Standard thin-wall beverage preform heating geometry does not achieve consistent wall thickness in the heavier preform stock needed for oil bottle rigidity.

📈
Distance Blow for Large Molds

The distance blow configuration separates the blow station from the preform conditioning section by a greater distance than standard machines — allowing handle-integrated molds with wider protrusions to operate without interference. This is the design requirement that enables front-handle and rear-handle oil bottle tooling on this platform.

🥧
Handle Tooling Compatibility

Both front-handle and rear-handle oil bottle mold sets are compatible with the 130 mm pitch blow station. Handle geometry is blown integrally with the bottle body — no secondary handle attachment step is required. Submit your handle design drawing to Ever-Power for tooling feasibility assessment before ordering.

Energy Efficiency at Oil Bottle Cycle Rate

Standard operating heating power is 8–13 KW despite a 42.5 KW maximum installed capacity — the centralized heating design reduces steady-state energy consumption by concentrating heat input more efficiently than distributed lamp arrays. This translates to lower energy cost per bottle at the 1,800 bph cycle rate for oil bottle preforms.

Customer Reviews

What Customers Say

Customer production site running HGA.ES-2C130 for edible oil bottle production
★★★★★

"Our primary product is 1-litre cooking oil with a rear-handle design for retail. The 2C130 at 1,800 bph matches our filling line exactly. The handle tooling was confirmed by Ever-Power before ordering and fit perfectly — no blow-station interference. The centralized heating gives us much more consistent wall thickness in the handle area than the previous machine we used. We run the same machine for soy sauce bottles with a tooling changeover."

HGA.ES-2C130

★★★★☆

"Condiment producer running soy sauce and cooking vinegar in 500 ml and 1,000 ml PET. The 98 mm neck handles our spout closure and flip-top cap system. We chose this machine specifically because it comes from a manufacturer with an edible oil series — not a modified standard bottle machine. The build quality for the thick-wall preform stock we use is noticeably more robust. Site requirement: confirm your compressor is sized for 1,500 L/min HP air from the start."

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is an edible oil-specific machine needed rather than a standard beverage bottle machine?

Edible oil bottles use significantly thicker preform stock than standard beverage bottles — because oil bottles require higher rigidity and impact resistance for retail handling and pour-ability. This thicker preform requires a different heating geometry (centralized, longer dwell) to achieve uniform temperature across the wall cross-section. Standard beverage machines optimized for thin-wall PET preforms do not achieve consistent conditioning for oil bottle preform specifications, resulting in wall thickness defects and increased rejection rate. The HGA.ES-2C150 applies the same centralized heating design at wider pitch for larger preform stock.

Can both front-handle and rear-handle oil bottle tooling be used on the same machine?

Yes — the HGA.ES-2C130 accommodates both front-handle and rear-handle mold configurations within the 130 mm pitch blow station. Switching between handle configurations requires a full blow mold set change. Submit both handle drawings to Ever-Power before ordering to confirm tooling feasibility for both formats on a single machine. The distance blow design provides the mold protrusion clearance that handle tooling requires.

Can this machine produce condiment bottles (soy sauce, vinegar) alongside oil bottles?

Yes — switching between cooking oil and condiment production requires a blow mold changeover and preform change only. Both product categories use PET and are compatible with the same machine platform. For producers running both oil and condiment formats, the 130 mm pitch covers the standard body diameters of both categories without requiring a wider-pitch machine. Confirm closure compatibility for your condiment dispensing system with Ever-Power before tooling order.

When should I consider the HGA.ES-2C150 instead of this model?

Choose the HGA.ES-2C150 when your oil bottle requires a body diameter above 110 mm or a volume above 1,500 ml. The 2C150 produces up to 130 mm body, 110 mm neck, and 2,500 ml at the same 1,800 bph output. If your core retail format is 1 litre or 1.5 litre standard cooking oil at 110 mm body, the 2C130 is the correct and more cost-effective configuration. The 2C150 adds width and volume capability at higher machine cost and utility consumption.
