Series Overview
The Korea Ever-Power Semi-Automatic Blow Molding Machine Series is a range of pneumatic hydraulic linkage PET stretch blow molding machines covering container volumes from 1 litre to 20 litres in a single semi-automatic platform. With 6 main machine models — the HGS150A, HGS200A, HGS250A, HGS280A, HGS350A, and HGS200B — and 2 matched infrared preform heater units (HGJ-CL and HGJ-B), the series provides a complete PET bottle production system for small-to-medium batch manufacturers, multi-SKU operations, and producers who need hot-fill capability at semi-automatic scale.
Every HGS machine uses the same toggle-type pneumatic hydraulic linkage mold-locking mechanism, operates at 3.0 MPa blowing pressure, and is equipped with digital infrared preform heating via the matched HGJ heater unit sold separately. All models run on 220V/50Hz and are designed for single-operator production with fast mold changeover — the defining advantage of semi-automatic production over fully automatic lines for low-to-medium batch volumes. For high-pressure air supply, Korea Ever-Power recommends a dedicated oil-free compressor system matched to each machine's 3.0 MPa blowing pressure requirement.
PET containers from 1 L to 20 L produced across the HGS semi-automatic series — beverage, personal care, household chemical, edible oil, agricultural, and hot-fill formats.
HGS150A through HGS350A — the core semi-automatic range for cold-fill PET production. Five models stepping from 1-litre entry containers to 20-litre large-format drums, each sized by mold capacity, pillar space, and stretching stroke for its target volume range.
The only hot-fill machine in the HGS series — purpose-built for tea beverage, juice, and pasteurisation hot-filling lines. Produces 1.25 L PET bottles with 88–95°C heat resistance at 400–550 BPH via an extended 360 mm stretch stroke and controlled heat-set cycle.
HGJ-CL (96-position, standard neck ≤68 mm, 200–2,100 preforms/hr) and HGJ-B (18/36-position, wide neck up to 130 mm, 500–1,000 preforms/hr) — the matched infrared preform heaters for all HGS machines. Selected based on preform neck finish diameter.

Which HGS Model Is Right for You?
Choose the HGS150A. Smallest pillar space (330×220 mm), 100–150 mm mold range, highest BPH (500–1,100), lightest machine (400 kg). The entry model for standard 1-litre and below cold-fill PET production.
Choose the HGS200A. The most commonly selected model — 380×210 mm pillar space, 120–200 mm mold, 500–980 BPH. Covers round, oval, and contoured bottle bodies across the 1–1.25 L range.
Choose the HGS250A. 170–250 mm mold range, 50 mm sealing stroke, 500–980 BPH. Covers household chemicals, cooking oil, agricultural chemicals, and water in the 2–5 L segment.
Choose the HGS280A. 525×370 mm pillar space — the widest in the mid-range — 220–300 mm mold, 400 mm stretch. Covers both 5-litre and 10-litre formats on one machine with mold changeover.
Choose the HGS350A. 580×390 mm pillar space, 330–400 mm mold, 550 mm stretch, 150–400 BPH. The largest HGS model — 1,500 kg, requires floor loading assessment.
Choose the HGS200B. The only hot-fill model in the series — 88–95°C heat resistance, 360 mm stretch, 400–550 BPH. Do not use a standard HGS model for hot-fill production.
