Q2: Why is the high-pressure air requirement at 6,000 L/min so much higher than smaller models?

The blow air volume per cycle scales with container volume. At 5,000 ml maximum volume, the blow air volume per container is approximately three times larger than at 1,500 ml — and with 2 cavities running simultaneously, the total flow demand is 6,000 L/min.
