At 600 kN injection clamping force<\/strong>, it delivers 30 percent more clamp than the IBM65-class 460 kN. With the 50 mm screw option, maximum injection weight reaches 383 g<\/strong> \u2014 87 percent above the IBM65 ceiling of 205 g. These are not marginal improvements; they represent a fundamental step up in production capability within the same machine class.<\/p>\n The most immediately visible difference is machine height. The EP-ZQ60 stands at 1.8 m<\/strong> \u2014 the Jomar IBM65-class at 3.41 m<\/strong> is almost twice as tall. For Korean pharmaceutical manufacturers who have historically been unable to install IBM65-class machines in GMP cleanrooms without expensive ceiling modifications, the EP-ZQ60 resolves this with a 1.8 m profile that fits a 2.4 m cleanroom ceiling with 0.6 m of service clearance. The EP-ZQ60 width of 1.4 m is also narrower than the IBM65-class 1.98 m, reducing the minimum aisle requirement between machines and allowing higher machine density per production bay.<\/p>\n The 3-station simultaneous cycle (Injection \u2192 Blow \u2192 Stripping) runs at a 3.5-second dry cycle<\/strong>, with all three stations operating in parallel. Fourteen cavities at 10 ml and eight cavities at 100 ml make EP-ZQ60 the correct machine for Korean mid-to-high volume pharmaceutical, cosmetic and daily chemical IBM bottle production. Material range covers PP, PCTG, HDPE, LDPE, PS, ABS, EVA, PLA and corn starch resin.
