O Korea Ever-Power EP-ZQ80<\/a><\/strong> steps into the Jomar IBM85S market with substantial technical advantages in clamping force, injection weight and machine height. At 800 kN injection clamping<\/strong> versus IBM85S-class 680 kN, EP-ZQ80 delivers 18 percent more clamping at the same 55 mm screw diameter. Maximum injection weight reaches 466 g<\/strong> \u2014 55 percent above the IBM85S ceiling of 300 g \u2014 enabling cavity counts and bottle wall weights that are simply inaccessible to IBM85S-class buyers.<\/p>\n The machine height difference is the most operationally significant. Jomar IBM85S-class at 3.41 m<\/strong> is physically impossible to install in any standard Korean pharmaceutical GMP cleanroom with 2.4\u20133.0 m ceiling clearance. Korea Ever-Power EP-ZQ80 at 2.0 m machine height<\/strong> fits a 2.4 m cleanroom ceiling with 0.4 m overhead clearance \u2014 and with a 1.6 m machine width<\/strong> versus IBM85S-class 1.94 m, it also allows higher machine density per production bay and easier side-access maintenance.<\/p>\n The platen difference is notable: EP-ZQ80 at 800 \u00d7 400 mm offers a wider platen than IBM85S-class 464 \u00d7 749 mm. The IBM85S-class platen is taller but narrower \u2014 a legacy of its vertical IBM architecture. EP-ZQ80’s wider, lower-profile 800 \u00d7 400 mm platen directly enables higher cavity counts at small-to-medium bottle formats (20 cavities at 10 ml, 12 cavities at 100 ml) that the IBM85S-class platen geometry constrains. The 3-station simultaneous cycle runs at a 3.5-second dry cycle<\/strong> with no human hand contact from injection to stripping.
