For PETG that window narrows to 88\u2013105\u00b0C; for Tritan, 110\u2013125\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 16px 0; font-size: 16px;\">When any region of the preform enters the stretch phase below its window, the resulting stretching produces stress whitening rather than clear biaxial orientation. The defect is most common in thick-wall regions (where conduction time is longer), in corners and curvature transitions, and in any zone where the conditioning station&#8217;s thermal profile didn&#8217;t reach uniform setpoint.
