The EP-ZQ135 is the highest-capacity model in Korea Ever-Power’s mesin cetak tiup injeksi<\/a> range and the apex of the ZQ hydraulic series. It is the machine that Korean large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturers specify when 30-cavity 10 ml output from a single IBM machine is the requirement \u2014 a configuration that no other model in the ZQ series can achieve \u2014 and when the Korean production programme is large enough that the incremental cost of the ZQ135 over the ZQ110 is justified by the additional 25% cavity count (30 versus 24) and the engineering step-up to 6+N barrel zones and 37+37 KW dual hydraulic motors.<\/p>\n Three engineering parameters distinguish the ZQ135 from every other model in the ZQ series. First, 30 cavities at 10 ml: the highest cavity count in the series, achievable because the ZQ135’s 1,350 KN injection clamping provides approximately 45 KN per cavity at 30 cavities \u2014 sufficient for flash-free pharmaceutical neck production at standard HDPE injection conditions. Second, 6+N barrel zones: the only model in the ZQ series with this configuration, providing two additional barrel temperature zones beyond the 4+N standard of the ZQ80 and ZQ110. These extra zones allow independent temperature control at positions along the barrel where residual heat from the previous cycle and frictional shear from the 70 mm screw at maximum capacity create the most demanding temperature management challenge. Third, 37+37 KW dual hydraulic motors: the highest dual circuit power in the ZQ series, matching the larger hydraulic circuit demands of the ZQ135’s 30-cavity clamping loads and the higher volumetric flow rate needed to operate the larger clamping cylinder and blow circuit at rated speed.<\/p>\n At 5.5 \u00d7 2 \u00d7 2.4 m and 18 tonnes, the ZQ135 is the most substantial installation in the ZQ series. Korean factories commissioning a ZQ135 treat it as a fixed infrastructure investment comparable to other major production equipment \u2014 concrete foundation pad with embedded machine anchor bolts, dedicated high-capacity electrical supply circuit, dual cooling water circuits and an industrial-grade compressed air supply.
