Sur le papier, elle semble \u00eatre un compromis\u00a0: une plateforme \u00e0 3\u00a0stations sans la station de conditionnement d\u00e9di\u00e9e, pr\u00e9sente sur les machines \u00e0 4\u00a0stations pour un contr\u00f4le thermique pr\u00e9cis. En pratique, pour la majeure partie de la production cor\u00e9enne de boissons, de produits chimiques m\u00e9nagers et d\u2019huiles alimentaires, cette station de conditionnement est superflue, car les bouteilles ont une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie ronde standard et la chaleur r\u00e9siduelle de la pr\u00e9forme issue de l\u2019injection est d\u00e9j\u00e0 optimis\u00e9e pour la phase de soufflage suivante. La suppression de la station de conditionnement permet de gagner une rotation compl\u00e8te par cycle, ce qui se traduit par des temps de cycle r\u00e9duits de 15 \u00e0 20\u00a0% et, par cons\u00e9quent, une productivit\u00e9 horaire accrue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: clamp(14px, 2vw + 10px, 16px);\">Qu'est-ce qui rend le <strong>BPET-94V3<\/strong> Sur le march\u00e9 cor\u00e9en, sa force de fermeture par injection de 785 kN est particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante. Il s'agit de la force de fermeture la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de toutes les presses \u00e0 3 stations que nous connaissons, soit environ 15 % de plus que notre propre presse \u00e0 4 stations BPET-125V4, et bien sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de toute machine japonaise ou europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 3 stations de tonnage comparable. L'avantage pratique imm\u00e9diat est que la machine accepte les outillages \u00e0 8 cavit\u00e9s \u00e0 haut rendement sans bavures et qu'elle tol\u00e8re les PET \u00e0 indice d'iode \u00e9lev\u00e9 sans n\u00e9cessiter de longs profils de mont\u00e9e en pression d'injection.
