Mit einer Schlie\u00dfkraft von 1.100 kN bietet die ZQ110 37,51 TP3T mehr Schlie\u00dfkraft als die ZQ80 \u2013 ein entscheidender Vorteil bei 24 Kavit\u00e4ten, da hier die gesamte projizierte Kavit\u00e4tenfl\u00e4che, die dem Injektionsdruck entgegenwirkt, innerhalb der Serie am gr\u00f6\u00dften ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die ZQ110 \u00fcbernimmt die Premium-Konstruktionsmerkmale, die die ZQ80 von Modellen der unteren Serien abheben: den hochpr\u00e4zisen Winkelteiler, der das \u00d6ffnen und Schlie\u00dfen der Form mit dem Drehkranzhub synchronisiert und so eine wiederholgenaue 24-fach-Indexierung erm\u00f6glicht, sowie das serienm\u00e4\u00dfige Doppelhydrauliksystem (22+22 kW), das einen um 20\u2013301 TP3T geringeren Energieverbrauch als vergleichbare Einkreis-Systeme derselben Maschinenklasse bietet.
