The 1,350 KN clamping provides approximately 45 KN per cavity \u2014 the minimum acceptable margin for flash-free neck production on pharmaceutical HDPE at standard injection pressure \u2014 sustained across all 30 cavities simultaneously through the entire injection and hold phase. The 37 KW blow circuit serves the ZQ135’s larger hydraulic actuator volumes: 30 blow cavities require a clamping cylinder with a larger bore than the ZQ110’s 24-cavity machine, and the proportionally higher hydraulic oil volume to fill and pressurize that cylinder within the same 4-second cycle time demands the higher-capacity circuit that the 37 KW motor provides. The dual circuit independence \u2014 with Circuit A (injection + screw, 37 KW) serving injection and recovering while Circuit B serves blow \u2014 is even more important at the ZQ135 scale than at lower-series models.
