Second, 6+N barrel zones: the only model in the ZQ series with this configuration, providing two additional barrel temperature zones beyond the 4+N standard of the ZQ80 and ZQ110. These extra zones allow independent temperature control at positions along the barrel where residual heat from the previous cycle and frictional shear from the 70 mm screw at maximum capacity create the most demanding temperature management challenge.
