To je ma\u0161ina koju veliki korejski proizvo\u0111a\u010di farmaceutskih proizvoda po ugovoru specificiraju kada je proizvodni zahtjev 24 \u0161upljine od 10 ml ili 14 \u0161upljina od 100 ml po ma\u0161ini, i kada se ekonomija dvije ZQ80 ma\u0161ine (uz ve\u0107e kombinovane investicije i ve\u0107i fabri\u010dki otisak od jedne ZQ110) vi\u0161e ne opravdava u odnosu na konsolidaciju proizvodnje na jednoj platformi za te\u0161ke uslove rada. Sa silom stezanja pri ubrizgavanju od 1.100 KN, ZQ110 ima 37,5% ve\u0107u silu stezanja od ZQ80 - margina koja je bitna kod 24 \u0161upljine kada je kumulativna projektovana povr\u0161ina \u0161upljine koja se opire pritisku ubrizgavanja na svom maksimumu u cijeloj seriji.<\/p>\n<p>ZQ110 naslje\u0111uje obje vrhunske in\u017eenjerske karakteristike koje razlikuju ZQ80 od modela ni\u017eih serija: visokoprecizni razdjelnik ugla koji sinhronizuje otvaranje i zatvaranje kalupa s podizanjem kupole za ponovljivo indeksiranje s 24 \u0161upljine i standardni dvostruki hidrauli\u010dni sistem (22+22 KW) koji pru\u017ea 20\u201330% ni\u017eu potro\u0161nju energije od konkurentskih jednokru\u017enih sistema u istoj klasi ma\u0161ina. Ove karakteristike su uklju\u010dene kao standard na ZQ110, a ne kao nadogradnje - korejski kupci ne pla\u0107aju premiju prilikom narud\u017ebe kako bi pristupili prednostima produktivnosti i energetske efikasnosti koje pru\u017eaju. The ZQ110&#8217;s larger shot weight ensures that all 24 cavities fill simultaneously from a single injection shot without the short-shot risk at the periphery of the hot runner network that occurs when shot weight is marginal relative to the cavity count.
